Swatchfest!! WnW Pick your Poison, Different Dimension, Sinfuls, and Perception polishes

So I have been a busy bee with the swatching!   Lately, with school swatches are faster and easier for me to do and with all my latest purchases, the swatches keep coming.

I was recently able to get most of Wet N Wild's Pick Your Poison collection.  All except Poison Ivy which was sold out:(  Ill be keeping an eye out for that one.

I was also glad to find two pretties from Sinful Colors.  Mesmerize is a dark blue, almost purple.

Pumpkin Spice was a happy find and I had to have it.

I traded a couple of Julep polishes for this indie, Different Dimensions Sparkles Like Edward.  I love it soooo much!

I have been eying Speckled Sparkle for months on Perception's etsy page.  There was an awesome sale recently and I picked up minis of Speckled Sparkle and Deep Blue Something.   OMG!  I love this one!  The pic is two coats of Speckled Sparkle on top of one coat of Silver Dollar.

After seeing the video below and finally getting in my two Layla holos from Sneakpeeq.com I had to try dipped holos.  This is an awesome technique that I highly recommend after having tried it.  It evenly distributes the holo polish and helps make any polish holographic.

*UPDATE!*
I was able to get over to another Walgreens tonight and found WnW Pick Your Poison Poison Ivy.

It. Is. Perfect!

2 Chix Lacquer Sweet Cheeks

I finally got around to swatching 2 Chix Sweet Cheeks mini polish and I can't get enough of it. This polish is everything I wanted Pretty & Polish's Cheer Camp to be.  It. Is. Beautiful.  And it goes on like a dream.

Not sure its for sale yet but I think I need a full size of this one...oh yes, I do!

Naild' It Polishes and Nail Tape from Hong Kong

I ran across bottle shots of all of these on Naild' It's facebook page and snapped them up from Naild'its  Etsy shop.  I like them all but Peacock Squawk and Blue Man Goop are exceptional!

I also was in search for a great deal on nail tape and found 10 rolls of tape for under $3 on Amazon with free shipping.  The catch was that it was being shipped all the way from Hong Kong which meant that it took upwards of three weeks to arrive. That was ok...I am patient when I am getting a great deal!

Nail Mail #1: Zoyas, Cult Nails, Hare Polish, Hits, Enchanted Polish, and Nicole

Gloss48 had a great sale on Cult Nails and I scored these beauties, including the very awesome flakie Seduction.

Since I got into indie polishes last year, Asteroid Turf has been on my very short list of must have nail polishes.  I love everything about this polish and it is finally MINE!

I love Hits holographic polishes and Poseidon is my one of my first full on holo polishes.

I love most of Enchanted Polish's holos and was lucky enough to score Magic Mirror on sale.  Now if I can just get Jitterbug.  So tell all your friends...I must have it.  Blog sale, swap, whatever...

I saw these at Rite Aide and loved the bottles.  I picked up my favorite color for me and a friend.  Aren't these unique?  For $1.99, I'd say it was a good deal.

Last, Zoya had a recent BOGO sale and I picked up these 6 polishes including my coveted Fei Fei and another flakie Chloe.   Zoya polishes are awesome but even more so when they are 1/2 price.

Zoya Fei Fei and Cult Nails Seduction

I received my bogo Zoyas and my three Cult Nails polishes and had to try out my two favorites of the lot, Zoya Fei Fei and Cult Nails Seduction.   Sooooooo gorgeous together!

Week 38 of the Year of Polish Challenge: Metallic Mani, in the style of Dots

This week's challenge was a metallic or magnetic mani.  I never really jumped on the magnetic polish bandwagon so I chose metallic.  I saw a retro 80s gold and black shirt with cool design and made it my own with Sinful Colors Black on Black and China Glaze Silver Platinum.    I love how graphic this nail art is!

2 Chix, Pumpkin, and Chameleon Polishes

I ordered The Teal Thing from 2Chix and in addition she sent replacements for both Kur-Age and Sully as well as a bonus mini of Sweet Cheeks.  I can't wait to try all of these!

I have been on the lookout for some pumpkin polishes and finally found them at Rite Aid.  Thankfully the displays were not at all picked over so I had my pick!

In the same trip to Rite Aid I also ran into these polishes.  They were $2.99 and very pretty in the bottles so I bought eight of them!  This is probably the one and only time I will EVER swatch this many polishes in one sitting.  Sheesh! Props to all my fellow nail bloggers that do that day in and day out:)  I think I'll stick to my nail art and the occasional swatch.   At any rate, I've read some mixed reviews about Chameleon polishes and so I reserved judgement until I swatched them.  Duochromes never really look as good to me on my nails as they do in the bottle.  These polishes seemed to do ok, just beware of how fast the polish dries and do at least two coats.  For $2.99, I think these are a great deal!

Hope you enjoyed my new polishes and first major swatchfest for a while!

(now, where to put all these...)
