One of the latest glitters I have acquired is 2 Chix Sully. I thought that Klean Colors Pastel Teal would be a great under color for Sully because it reminds me of the Monsters, Inc. character.
While I love the look, Sully goes on very thick even when I tried in vain for thin coats. Not sure what to do here but perhaps add a few drops of polish thinner? Even with the thick coats and major drying time, I still like the look of it. Matte glitter makes me happy...so tick tock goes the clock and I'm still sittin' here waiting for my polish to dry. Buuuuut....I have pretty neon, wet nails!
