What do do with nail art ideas?

I keep running into inspiration for nail art.  Ive been pinning ideas onto my Pinterest boards and drawing designs on slips of paper but its becoming a bit messy to keep up with all of those papers.  So this morning at the grocery store, I bought a pink, Five Star Fat Lil' Notebook to carry around in my purse. 

Cant wait to keep all my ideas tucked into one, small notebook:)  Now I gotta worry about how to decorate the cover!
